The Marmara Collection Launches An Online Survey
In partnership with the world’s most visited travel site, TripAdvisor, The Marmara Hotels is now going online with its guest satisfaction surveys. As a result of this cutting-edge project, upon checkout, guests will receive a survey via email, allowing them to easily share their experiences with millions through TripAdvisor, or exclusively with The Marmara Hotels’ staff. This eco-friendly project will first be implemented at The Marmara Şişli, and then later be practiced at the rest of The Marmara Hotels.
The Marmara Hotels is the first chain in Turkey to execute the online survey project in partnership with TripAdvisor.
Rather than ask its guests to share their guest experiences in print form, The Marmara Hotels has recently elected to collect this information online. In this project - brought to fruition in partnership with TripAdvisor – guests who have stayed at The Marmara Hotels will receive a survey via email upon checkout. The Marmara Hotels is the first chain in Turkey to partner up with TripAdvisor to realize a project of this nature.
In addition to sharing their experiences with the hotel, guests will also be able to contribute these valuable remarks to the TripAdvisor site, helping millions of fellow users make discerning travel decisions.
This online survey project marks another step towards The Marmara Hotels’ commitment to the environment. The project will first be introduced at The Marmara Şişli, and soon after in the remainder of The Marmara Hotels.
