The primary objective of our Information Security Management System is to ensure the ongoing security of information within our organization, maintain continuous risk management, measure the performance of our information security processes, and regulate our relationships with third parties in matters related to information security. Our information security practices apply to all business processes, employees, customers, solution partners, suppliers, and any relevant stakeholders affected by our operations. Information security is an indispensable aspect of every activity we undertake. Our information security goals, which guide all our operations, are as follows:

• Protecting our organization's information assets against all forms of threats, whether internal or external, intentional or unintentional,

• Fulfilling all legal and regulatory requirements,

• Ensuring the continuity of the three main pillars of our information security management system in every activity:

– Confidentiality: Preventing the disclosure of critical information and unauthorized access,

– Integrity: Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of information,

– Availability: Guaranteeing that information and assets are accessible to authorized individuals without interruption to business operations,

• Safeguarding not only electronic data, but also information in written, printed, verbal, and similar formats,

• Raising awareness by providing information security management training to all personnel,

• Promptly reporting and investigating any actual or suspected security vulnerabilities to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) team,

• Preparing, continuously improving, maintaining, and testing business continuity plans.

  • During housekeeping, we request that you do not leave your furry friend unattended in the room.
  • We kindly ask that you accept responsibility for any personal injuries or damage to hotel property may be caused by your furry friend. The hotel management does not accept liability for such incidents, and our establishment cannot be held responsible. In case of any damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost to your account.
  • Please have your furry friend’s current health records and vaccination certificates with you, as these may be requested by hotel management during your stay.
